Cancellation and No Show Policies
Your appointments are very important to me! The time is reserved especially for the services you have requested. To help you keep your appointment, my booking system sends a reminder prior to your appointment. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I ask that you give at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it prevents me from being able to fill the appointment slot and other clients may miss the opportunity to receive their services. Unfortunately, if I am not notified 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee is required. This fee is 50% of your appointment total. If you cancel or reschedule within the requested time frame, there will not be any charge. I respectfully request a limitation of one transfer per appointment unless discussed otherwise. Please contact me in advance if you are going to be 10 or more minutes late to your appointment. I work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each guest! Unfortunately I cannot guarantee your spot if this is the case. If I cannot accommodate you on your scheduled appointment, it will result in a reschedule.
"No-Showing" an appointment will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the card on file. If any client "no-shows" 2 times, the appointment will have to be paid in full ,in advance to booking, or the client will not be invited back for future services.
